Keeping Kids Active When They Don't Like Sports

Let’s face it, not all kid like sports.   Maybe they don’t like competition or they are afraid of getting hurt.  Sometimes they just don’t understand the rules or don’t find playing a sport much fun.  You should aim to keep your child active for at least one hour every day to help maintain a healthy weight and build strong muscles and bones.
