Forget Exercise - Just Have Fun
There are so many reasons for kids not to exercise. Studies show that children ages 6 to 17 score extremely low in areas of strength, flexibility, and endurance. Watching TV, playing electronic games, and having inactive parents are seen as major barriers to kids getting the exercise they need.
