"I love to walk, swim and ride my bike - alone or with my family or friends.   When I'm feeling down or tired, the activity perks me up.  When I'm already feeling good, it makes me feel even better! "
— Margaret B.

"I take my kids to the park to run around and let some energy out. We also like to spend quality family time watching the softball games. It's great to see my kids having fun at the park."
— Adrienne H.
